Inclement Weather

The "Hong Kong Observatory" (HKO) issues alerts based on the proximity and severity of meteorological disturbances.

Whenever possible, these alerts are activated in advance, a few hours before the weather conditions deteriorate, to allow schools and other establishments to take necessary safety measures.

In case of inclement weather, we recommend checking the HKO website to ensure that no signal is going to be hoisted or is already hoisted.

INSTRUCTIONS DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS

When this signal is hoisted, classes operate as normal.

If the signal is issued before 7:15 am, classes are cancelled for the day. Children should stay at home.

If the signal is issued after 7:15 am or during the day, classes operate as normal. Children will remain at school until it is safe to return home.
